Visa/Mastercard payments can be made via the link below. Enter your invoice number. Payments over $15,000.00 are not allowed, and only one credit card payment per invoice is permitted. The billing address must match your credit card statement exactly. If it doesn't, the transaction will be declined, and funds will be pending for 3-5 business days. Do not attempt multiple times. If issues persist after two attempts, verify your address with your card issuer and contact the office for help.

Pick up is by appointment only. Once your invoice is paid in full, you will receive an email with booking instructions. Your invoice must be fully paid and appointment scheduled before arriving at Bryan's. If you purchased a unit requiring ownership, transfer may take up to 14 days. Ownership documents will be mailed if not available at pick up. Temporary plates must be requested before payment by calling 519-837-0710. Do not book pick up before signing the UCDA, which will be sent via DocuSign once payment is received. Customers are responsible for loading items; Bryan's staff does not assist. We will machine load if safe, but not hand load. If you're unprepared to load, you'll need to return later. For questions, call 519-837-0710.
